Return/Refund policy:
When you receive your order, please check to ensure that it is complete. We only credit or exchange unopened, defective items. To initiate a return, you must contact us at 1-800-633-8872, or send an email to customer.service@elta.net, and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#). Please reference your RGA number in any correspondence.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Obtaining a RGA number
- The product must be unopened and in new condition
- The product must be returned in the original shipping container, unless that container has been damaged by the shipper
- The product return must include the original packing materials and any accessories that came with the product
- We do not accept returns of opened or used product unless it has been damaged in shipping or is defective
- When returning product please be sure to include a copy of the packing slip from your received order, your RGA number, and your full contact information in your returned package
Upon receipt and inspection of returned product we will notify you regarding the status of the credit of your account via email or phone, depending on the contact information you’ve provided.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Product?
Please contact us immediately by phone toll-free at 1-800-633-8872 or through our online Contact Form so we are able to send you replacement product. If a product other than that which was ordered online was shipped in error, we will provide a free return of the product. Product that is damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced with identical product at no expense to you. However, you must make a claim within 5 days from your receipt of the product.
If your product was purchased more than 30 days ago and is thought to be defective, please call 1-800-633-8872 for assistance.

Delivery Method/Timing:
We ship all orders using UPS services. Most products ship within 7 to 10 business days depending on availability. Once the product ships, please allow 3-5 business days for UPS Ground depending on your location. UPS Ground Service is not available to Hawaii and Alaska.
